Shipping to the UK Mainland and Ireland only. Please contact us for any other locations and we can quote a shipping cost. All items are sent through a specialist pallet shipping company and are quoted at the rates given within the order completion page.

*Pond filter packs incur a charge of £10 delivery unless ordered with a pond.

We reserve the right to charge extra for certain parts of the Scottish Highlands, Wales, Northern Ireland and other parts of the UK that are not easily accessible, we will contact you after order placement to discuss extra shipping costs if applicable. 

It is important to understand that due to the size and nature of the delivery, the pallet shipping company cannot leave the pallet in a place where the public should have access or right of way. It can only be left on private property, usually curbside, within a driveway for example. Once your order is placed, our manufacturers provide a lead time for the production of your order, as soon as this is ready, the manufacturer contacts the pallet shipping company who will then collect and contact you to arrange delivery. 

Orders for Northern Ireland, please contact us at info@layzeeliving.co.uk - as due to Brexit, we need to manually take your order and process it differently, the website will take your order if you wish to place it but we will contact you take any additional shipping costs that may be required. Mainland UK, please use the website although we may still need to contact you to organise extra shipping costs if required, we do not take payment until we have agreed these costs and you have the right to cancel your order if you do not feel the shipping costs work for you and you will not be charged at this point.
