Heavy Duty Tanalised Redwood Pergola | Complete DIY Kit
Tanalised, pressure treated heavy duty timber Pergola DIY Kit, manufactured from high quality redwood timber treated to ensure a 10 year warranty for rot. We also offer a Scandinavian Spruce pergola which is a slightly lighter colour with less imperfections, is on a quicker delivery and also slightly more cost-effective.

Now delivered anywhere in the UK for free apart from Scottish postcodes IV and KW and some other remote areas, we can still deliver there but it's at extra cost, please check if you are not sure, we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.
Post length is 2.4m or 2.7m, these are selectable above, we recommend 2.4m if you are using base plates to fix down, 2.7m if you are digging into ground/ concrete, if you select 2.4m you get base plates, if you select 2.7m you do not.
The length and depth are determined by the options selected above, the first dimension is the length, the second the depth and direction of the multiple roof runners, the dimensions refer to the widest point of the outside of the roof rails, it is then approx 200mm narrower than the roof rail dimension to the outside of the upright posts each side so 400mm in total, so for example a 3 x 3 pergola would be 2.6 x 2.6 to the outside of the upright posts.
We supply a base plate fixing kit when 2.4m posts are selected (this enables securing down onto decking, concrete or other hard surfaces, not required if securing by other means or you are intending on digging a hole and putting posts down into concrete), screws to fix timbers together come with this product as standard, the base plate kit also includes fixing down bolts and washers, extra screws, drill bits and a screwdriver bit. Most pictures are from our customers, some pictures show fence post spikes and different means of fixing to the ground that customers have fitted, these are not included, if base plate kit is selected you will receive our base plates that fix up into the bottom of post and then you have a singular to fix down through, this is sufficient as the weight keeps it in place, a picture of this plate is in the pictures above, dimensions of plates is 140mm x 95mm with one hole in for fixing down.

Along with all bolt down and spiked feet purchases we supply a flat drill bit. After you have cut your posts to the desired length, please use the drill bit to drill a hole into the centre of the bottom of the post - this is to locate your post onto the bolt down or spiked foot. Pergolas ordered with base plates will be cut to 2.4m unless specified otherwise by the customer.

Post length is 2.4m and are heavy duty 6"/ 150mm.
The width and length are determined by the options selected above, the first dimension is the width, the second the depth and direction of the roof rails.
We supply a base plate fixing kit, this enables securing down onto decking, concrete or other hard surfaces, screws to fix timbers together come with this product as standard, the base plate kit also includes fixing down bolts and washers, extra screws, drill bits and a screwdriver bit.

These versatile pergolas make a great, decorative addition to your garden or any other outdoor space, perfect for providing shade from the sun and for growing plants up and over your hot tub, pond or seating area.
Made from tanalised, pressure treated redwood pine they are built to last and come with a 10 year warranty. This pergola is very sturdy and durable.
Features

- 50mm x 125mm rails and runners (45 x 120 after smooth planing).
- 150mm x 150mm x 2400mm posts, rough timber.
- Rails and runners all rebated, just slot together and screw to fasten.
- Full assembly required.
- The gap between the last two roof rails may differ slightly from the others, this is normal.

Easy to build no problems
Good solid wood, all pre-cut and easy to assemble. My husband and his mate had the pergola erected in 3 hours. It's withstood the worst of the horrendous storms we've had down here in Cornwall. I can highly recommend this product and the company, who kept me updated at every stage from order to delivery.
Bought a 1.4x2.1x1m so easy to assemble,I'm close to 70yo and did it on my own in a total of about 10 hours, hardest part was putting the liner in, and getting back out of the pond 😆 very easy to contact via whats app, Pippa was very helpful, pond was delivered a week before I expected it, well done everyone.
